Joniškis "Aušros" gymnasium
Joniškis “Aušros” gymnasium is a modern and dynamic general education school with deep traditions constantly seeking for innovation and providing general education to students looking for and capable to acquire it.
Lots of new education ideas, ways, experience come from its administration and staff. Students from various places of the region attend this particular gymnasium. About 400 15-19 years old students study at our gymnasium and 41 teacher and administration staff work here.
Administration and the teachers are always ready to propose new ideas and innovations. The teachers of our gymnasium constantly develop themselves as personalities, look for new teaching methods and are able to adapt challenges of life they face. Our gymnasium has been successfully collaborating with different European schools participating in international projects. International projects, collaboration and accepting experience of other schools is one of the priorities of our gymnasium.
