Michelangelo Buonarroti Institute

“Michelangelo Buonarroti Institute” is located in two small villages, Ripa Teatina and Torrevecchia Teatina, in the centre of Italy, very close to the Adriatic sea and not far from the Maiella mountain.The two villages are surrounded by a beautiful countryside, full of olive trees and vineyards. There are about 650 students aged 3-13, 70 teachers and administration staff studying and working at our schools. Teachers and students are actively involved in sports, cultural, social and environmental projects.
Our basic principles are: ensure equal opportunities for all pupils, enhance the resources of eachone, overcome situations of difficulty and disadvantage.
